This group practises Infinite Tai Chi, a softer, more flowing form of tai chi which is primarily designed to improve individuals’ physical health and mental well-being. Regularly practising Infinite Tai Chi can definitely help older individuals to stay physically healthy by improving their flexibility and balance and by lowering their blood pressure. It also helps one to achieve a calmer, clearer mind.

What is Infinite Tai Chi?
- Infinite Tai Chi is based on the ancient Chinese form of gentle holistic exercise known as Tai Chi.
- Western medical researchers have recently confirmed what the Chinese have known for centuries: regularly practising the slow gentle movements of Tai Chi can improve your physical strength, balance, flexibility, stamina, blood pressure and even the health of your heart.
- Practitioners of Tai Chi also usually experience a significant reduction in anxiety and an improvement in their self-confidence and concentration. Tai Chi has been recommended for relieving depression and low moods.
- Infinite Tai Chi is a particularly gentle and flowing form of the ancient art of Tai Chi. It was created by Master Jason Chan over thirty years ago. It is a very safe, relatively easy to learn form of exercise that can be practiced on a regular basis by individuals of all ages and at all levels of fitness.
