The Walking for Health group 2 meets on the second Wednesday of every month except for December. Our walks are 3 to 4 miles long and are usually fairly easy going but sometimes mud cannot be avoided!
The walks are always accessible by public transport, so bring your travel pass if you have one. We walk in the morning and finish up at a pub or café where we all sit down to lunch. Of course, you don’t have to do lunch if you don’t want to.
Our group aims to give our members some exercise for physical health and some socialising for mental health.
