This group covers all aspects of Anglo Saxon and Viking life in depth, from the origins of humanity through language and social history readings and discussions.

We take it in turns to research and present a paper on an aspect of the subject for about an hour a session.

We also visit museums and places of interest to do with the subject.

No previous knowledge of Anglo Saxon English is required.
