This group is for people who are new to Tai Chi.

You are very welcome to come to one of these meetings as a taster session without any commitment to joining the class long-term. The Infinite Tai Chi form which Peggy teaches, has 5 stages to it and takes a year or two to learn in its entirety. But Peggy, the group leader, teaches it in a really gentle, no right or wrong way, and her main focus is always on making sure that everyone in her classes relax and enjoy them, and then feel great at the end of them!

Classes take place at 2.30-3.15 every Tuesday in Emmanuel Church Lower Parish Hall on Barlow Moor Road, Didsbury.
